1. We were advised during check in that the hotel was going through renovations and that we would not have water usage from 11am-4pm on our first day there, not a big deal for us but could see how it would inconvenience late risers.

5. erm, what? To cut a long story short, they then had us calling in every hour until 1:30pm when we finally got a room and they basically made a big deal like they were doing us this huge favor as official check-in is not until 3pm.

6. Rooms were decent but the hotel is going through a needed restoration so there is some disruption although only affected us on 1 day so no big deal.
