1. With them being proud of a food court and all I would have thought food wouldn't be an issue and I was wrong.

2. Check in went smoothly no real issues until we got to our room and it was the celebrety spa suite not the tower spa suite.

3. Had to call down to the front desk and physically go down to the front desk several times and was always met with confused faces for simple issues (adding MY credit card to the reservation in MY name seemed to baffle the lot).

4. Please don't get me wrongin the past & even on this trip, I've had little issues, but the issues have all been resolved tomy understanding, and I'm greatful for that.

5. I know there can be issues at anyestablishment at any give time; but I enjoy this hotel for what it is.

6. they weren't sure where they were going to put me (hotel has 5000+ rooms), and decided to put me in 18-426, although they mentioned I would have no water that day until 5:00, as that wing they were working on water issues.

8. Next issue was I THINK there must be bed bugs or something because my husband and I have come back with itchy rashes.

9. The next morning I see a voice mail message and a VERY RUDE lady told me off for what we did and I couldn't get any info on how to fix the issue on hand.

10. Works fine unless you get stuck behind someone that has an issue with their bill or a problem with their credit card.
