1. The AC in the rooms are poor at best .

2. We went for standard rooms, beds very comfortable, decor little dated and tv poor (mainly cheesy adverts for Vegas - cringe) but who comes here to stay in the room?.

3. Stuff like showers, toilets, and showers backing up happens but the MGM Grand did a poor job of taking care of us during all of this.

5. The room ameneties are poor though; no coffee machine or kettle and don't get me going about the stupid mini bar fridge.

6. One day we did not have a long wait - the following day there was a convention at the hotel - for which the hotel did not provide separate breakfast???? So all of the poor conventioneers were obligated to wait 30-45 minutes in line with the rest of us.

7. Las Vegas is absolutley brilliant and we had a great time and didn't let the poor rooms at the hotel put us off.

8. We both thought that because our paperwork stated we would be staying in a Deluxe King Room this would be outstanding however the room we were given was really really poor, a sink was on view honestly when you entered the room and all they had was a shower/wet room where tiles had been broken.
