1. The mini bar is a joke, weight sensitive so if you so much as touch anything in there you've not only purchased said item but have also paid a $50 restocking fee to fill it back up (really? how difficult is it to replace a tiny bottle in a mini fridge?).

2. We did not see the tiny notice behind the coke bottle that once you do that, they lock the fridge and charge you.

4. It was HUGE and the shower was TINY (it was literally a 3 foot square box) with minimal shelf space.

5. Our view, such as it was, was disrupted by a large David Copperfield advert placed on the top 5 floors of the hotel, so we had to look through a mesh of tiny dots.

6. The 'living area' was a tiny dark corner in the front of the room with just enough space for a really rundown couch and a (get this) a CRT SD television.
"They need to update and concentrate on Service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/23/2012 Vote
7. I had thought before arrival that the West Wing was the tiny rooms with the bathrooms as you enter the room, but I'm in one of the renovated rooms and it's really in the same area as the West Wing - almost as if the hallway suddenly stops and changes styles (longest hallway I have EVER seen).
"About that Grand Renovation... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/13/2012 Vote
8. My friend battled with them to speak to a manager and we were eventually moved to a tiny room in the newly refurbished West Wing.
