1. Can they not get their crap together? I called them to ask and after being on hold for 30 minutes one of their agents said they said it was the DEPOSIT for the room.

4. The only saving grace that MGM could offer was Ann and our room service attendant (Brian; he was so friendly, cheery and helpful) other than them, our stay here was disappointing and in other words, crap.
