2. Hot water not hot, a daily charge (why??? Local diners provide it free, and faster) for a slow WiFi connection, room poorly lit, On the plus side, the staff are helpful, lots of power sockets in the clean, comfortable room, and a coffee machine (albeit with not enough sugar and 'powdered' milk).
