4. Generally good condition, great service, but one major complaint regarding a basic service - after staying at hundreds of hotels around the world, I do not understand why the hotel front desk does not have domestic postage available for purchase.

10. The only complaints I would have about the complex as a whole was hotel parking for around $60 a night (am sure that is average for the area) and the difficulty getting to valet drop off if you happen to be on 4th street, which involved a series of illegal left turns to get in on the other street.
