1. There was mold very visible on the bathroom ceiling (please don't tell me housekeeping cannot see it), dust on the curtains and valances (and not just a little bit of dust.

3. The very lovely housekeeping ladies don't have the chemicals needed to remove the mold--that's a maintenance task and not one that the guest should have to alert management.

7. There was marker all over the dust ruffle from a previous guest (guessing a child coloring on the floor) the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them and the bathroom had mold on the grout and a very thick layer of dust on the vent above the shower.
