1. annoying, but a simple human error that I won't be hugely critical of, given the solid level of service normally seen.

2. Room was comfortable, TV annoyed me (connected laptop via HDMI to watch movies but had to go and get a separate audio cable), free wifi in the lobby but a ridiculous $15/day in the room, conveniently located right next to BART (but sadly that meant a string of bums to get past to get to the hotel - and one of them was urinating in the street.

5. While annoying that was fine and i was going to take my laundry with me but they indisted it could go through on the express service and be back at 2am ready for my departure at 5am.
