3. The rooms are gloomy, dated and noisy (at least mine was - suggest to avoid rooms on the 'low rise elevator' floors - I was on 7th floor with view of ugly utilitarian rooftop/courtyard, and garbage trucks that made nightly pickups at 3:30 am, complete with lots of noise (woke me even with earplugs).

5. We were just a couple of blocks away from the start of the trolley line which was awesome - but go EARLY to avoid a 1+ hour wait in line.
