1. The insulation of sliding door and window in each room had worn out.

No power outlets beside the bed; the internet is a joke (not only really slow, it is always dropping, and take several hours to work again); the curtains (Japanese panels) are old so there is no way to make the room dark; the bathroom is a pit; the shower is open (there is no curtain, so the water splashes all over wile you take a shower, the shower is made for short people, so it is not possible to stay under it; the ventilation is poor; the wake up service does not work; towels pretty worn.
