4. Also, walk to the streetcars and take them to the waterfront - parking is exhorbitent and hard to find, and if you drive a standard like me, you'll want to avoid the steep hills as much as possible.

6. A lot of places to eat around, you can also park your car on the street (for free at night) near the hotel and avoid 16$ a day charge.
