1. We had read this on the menu, but unfortunately those two days were different to those stated and they had not bothered changing the days on the menu.

4. unfortunately all three areas were lit by the same light switch, so that when you used the toilet, the light in the sink area (closest to bed, no door separating the two) also lit up.

5. Got the family suites for $249 each, the sleeping arrangement was nice (with the second bedroom with tatamis) but unfortunately we got the ground level room (2205) and couldn't open our windows because people walking outside can look right in.

9. Was looking forward to using the Japanese bath at the Kabuki Spa nearby, but unfortunately, were told water temperature was not high enough to open.

10. We stayed in the Kabuki unfortunately only for one night at the end of our trip across CA and we absolutely loved it, the hotel itself, the theme, the room, the gardens, the food was delicious, service brilliant and we will be back there as soon as we can , a treasure in SF :).
