1. My only complaint would be that this hotel is a little distance away from alot of San Fran attractions.

2. My only complaint would be the cost of the in room bar and snacks, these were priced at $5 for a coke and $5 for a bag of chips (crisps as the UK name)The bar in the hotel was very nice again with great service, the barman kindly buying me a drink during a couple of rounds.
