1. A separate tray of expensive snacks was in the desk: chips, pretzels, candy - Pocki was a nice touch, but you can buy a box for a dollar at various stores in the Japan Center mall partially attached to the hotel.

2. My only complaint would be the cost of the in room bar and snacks, these were priced at $5 for a coke and $5 for a bag of chips (crisps as the UK name)The bar in the hotel was very nice again with great service, the barman kindly buying me a drink during a couple of rounds.

3. The usual over priced $5 potato chips in the room; $5 for 20 minutes on the business center computer if you didn't bring yours.

5. I liked the fact that the bath tub was deeper than usual and that the room was stocked with Japanese tea (both bottled and tea bags) and snacks (potato chips, rice crackers, chocolate, etc.

6. On the plus side my room on the top floor was quiet, but the furnishings were chipped and scratched, the wall paper around the vent was discolored and coming off, even the soap dish was chipped.

7. The Japanese theme is quaint, but the rooms are very outdated, bathroom tiles are chipped, even the top of the toilet was chipped.
