1. Supposedly, some rooms have been renovated, but we were obviously not in one of those (see picture of the A/C vent and blackened ceiling attached for example) although we paid the same (way too high) price, which does not feel very fair.

10. After staying in several San Francisco hotels during the past 15 years while visitng our daughter, we've settled on the Kabuki as our best choice, particularly since its renovation and expansion a couple years ago.
