Luckily, our balcony neighbors called it quit at an early hour, so no major
disturb
ance for us, but I can see if this could be a problem.

Hotel cleaning always respected our Do Not
disturb
sign and was very kind and helpful when we saw them on our way out, always asking what we needed, if it was a good time to clean, etc.

Granted we did forget to put the 'do not
disturb
' sign on the door, but still 8:15 was a little early, especially as we only stayed one night and were checking out that day anyway.

The room was not cleaned one day and when we came back and asked for the reason we were told it was probably because the do not
disturb
sign was on the door (not the case).

A door to the area would also minimize noise from someone using the sink or shower that might
disturb
someone else sleeping in the bed.

Apparently she decided to ignore the 'Do Not

Aside from the
disturbing
intermittent traffic noise, Hotel Kabuki seemed to be a fine place.

The only improvement I would recommend would be to add a sliding wood panel door between bedroom and bath, for privacy (in bathing area) and so that turning on bathroom light at night doesn`t
disturb
those sleeping.

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I`ve slept in and it didn`t bounce around like a lot of hotel beds, so I could turn over at night without
disturbing
my partner.
