1. We found the service a bit slapdash, though: dirty dishes would sit in the hallway for days, it took repeated requests to get more coffee for the room, the housekeeping was on the desultory side.

9. What a dirty look I got for pointing it out, and stating that we wouldnt be out of the room until at least 11:30.

10. The room itself was always cleaned, but removal of dirty glasses was variable, we had to request wineglasses daily from the front desk, outside carpet needed vacuuming.
