5. 2 quibbles: the cleaning staff is noisy so don''t sleep in past 9am or you'll hear them banging around and talking loudly in the hallway.

6. My king room was good-sized, clean with a nice Japanese motif, a spacious bathroom with both a shower and tub and a sliding door patio (filled with pigeon poo and sometimes noisy pigeons).

7. The only reason the hotel is not 5 stars is it is a little noisy because the sliding glass doors aren't updated and you can hear the traffic on Geary even from the 9th floor.
