1. The only problem I did have was that they charge for internet.

2. That being said, I purchased only 1 coke because I needed a caffeine kick and neglected to get any at the WalgreensNegatives:-Elevators-The hotel did not seem to be very full, so this was not a huge issue, but if it were, the elevators would definitely be a problem.

3. The day time reception staff are better and we found them helpful but good luck if you have a problem at night.

9. Why not just MAN UP, admit there were problems, apologize, offer room discounts, free drinks at the bar (which is closed 2 days), fans for everyone.
