3. The only negative thing I can think of to say was that the shower was poorly designed - water got all over the floor - and the elevators were tiny, but that's to be expected in such an old building.

7. I do have to give credit to the employees working there, they were kind, I feel bad for them having to work in this place being subjected to a poorly functioning building.
