We were given a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite-I have no idea why (perhaps since I had booked early and perhaps they had
overbook
ed lesser cost rooms?) but I certainly enjoyed the extra space: a surprise luxury.

We waited about 10 minutes and were finally told that the manager couldn't make it but that they didn't have a room for us after all because they were
