1. My only negative comment was the price of the internet and the fact that it was annoying to have to call down to the front desk to get a new password every 24hours.

4. One minor negative was that the air conditioner in our room didn't get quite as cool as we had preferred but it wasn't unbearable or worth a call to maintenance.

5. The only negative thing I can think of to say was that the shower was poorly designed - water got all over the floor - and the elevators were tiny, but that's to be expected in such an old building.
