1. Bad:Over priced, small room, no fridge, unable to even crack window for fresh air, dank and tiny bathroom, uncomfortable towels, old dirty carpet that was frayed and turned up at walls, far walk to restaraunts or museum complex, kitchen service not 24 hours, tried to order food 15 minutes before kitchen was supposed to close (1145pm) and was told 'no hot food available'.

3. The gym is miserably small for such a large hotel, no cardio machines are ever available between 6 and 8 am, not to mention tucked away in the back of the sales office, making your treck slightly uncomfortable.
