7. Pros:-Walking distance to Movies, Bowling, Parks, just across from NBC and nearby a grocery store; a pretty convenient location-Reservations said check-in was a 3pm, but checked me in anyway when I arrived much earlier at noon-Large hotel, so probably always vacancy-Large, nice lobby area with plenty of seating-Restaurants had potential, but I didn't try them-Bed and bedding was a B+-Convenient and affordable for work travelCons:-Once upstairs out of lobby, halls and rooms really need a remodel-Terrible sounding and slow plumbing - both toilet and shower-Even worse sounding plumbing when the neighbor flushes-Shower poured out of tub spout and hardly out shower head-Wallpaper peeling and vents rusted-When I arrived, neighbor had old room service outside of their room in hall.
