Madalyn, the hotel manager was professional and gracious as it relates to conflict resolution: Upon check-out, there was an issue related to the hotel registration process through the International Reading Association Convention services, but Madalyn demonstrated excellent communication skills and diplomacy in what could have been an unpleasant situation for all involved in the matter.

3. When we raised this they said they would fix it but didn't, and acted as though we were putting them out in raising the issue.

5. Four points will probably be as good of a rate with a better location, Westin River North provided much better service, and I haven't had any major issues with the Westin Michigan Avenue or either W (Lakeshore and City Center).
