While I was here my phone disappeared while I was in the lobby and various staff in the hotel ranged from very helpful (concierge) to downright

The next morning I call back to talk to this

lady again only to say oh I'll have to call you back, I said NO this needs to be fixed now, So what does she do? She says oh well all that needs to be done is I have to reverse the charges.
