1. The quality of the beds was not up to the mark of other Westin properties and these were easily the worst beds of any business hotels I have stayed at.

2. The receptionist is so unprofessional, taking over 10 minutes to retrieve booking, then put worst possible room (usually get upgrade but was told there is non available - which was not true as when i spoke with manager, he upgraded me straight away).

3. +tive:- Club level access is very good as you get breakfast in the morning and snacks from 5-7- Service was exceptional- Noise level was minimal (except for one night when neighboring room got very loud)-tive:Valet service is one of the worst I have encountered and really detracted from the stay.
