6. My only complaint was about check out - there were 2 small discrepancies with our bill (which were resolved) but the clerk helping me made no eye contact and no apology on behalf of the hotel, or thanks for staying here, have a good trip home.

7. My only complaint and I had to really think of one, was that I needed to print something off the internet and I had to pay $5 to log onto guest computers, which included printers, they had in the lobby for people to use.

8. My only complaint is that the wifi is extremely slow so don't even bother paying for it if you really don't need it and I wish they had a pool.

10. I guess my main complaints were that there seemed to be a good deal of street noise (we were on the eighth floor) and the roomed seemed a bit warm even on cool nights.
