3. , service was not good: the so called 'manager' was very rude, when i asked to extend my stay, explaining my circumstances that i came from rome italy to spend a wknd in chicago with my sister, she was not at all accomodating, and didnt even check my room number or look into the computer or take my name to see if she could help us.

4. As a note, if you like a little attitude, go to Dick's last resort across the street, the staff there are rude and they do it on purpose so if you like a little rudeness/attitude, that is the place for you, I went, great view of the river, great drinks and you can give it back to them and it only feeds the fire more.

5. I booked through the ABA's travel people and was supposed to have a 'Deluxe' river view room, but when I called to confirm, the reservations lady was beyond rude and told me I was only booked for a standard room and there was nothing she could do for me.

6. We had prepaid online and she did not say anything about charging the card so my sister then got a little rude and asked why the card was even charged.
