The upsides:- excellent room service menu- very friendly staff- nice Club Lounge with decent breakfast options (cereals, fruits, breads, bagels, eggs, etc)- rooms are quiet, and many have nice views of the riverThe downsides:- always full of Platinums, so upgrades are pretty much limited to moving to Executive floors- no Comedy Central on the TV (*so* annoying - The Daily Show & Colbert missed every night)That said, I've probably stayed 20 nights in the last two months, because (despite their having Comedy Central.

4. They seemed annoyed by our questions and if there is anyone in a hotel that shouldn't seem annoyed by questions, it's the concierge, imo.
