2. The shower knobs in the bathroom rusted and only one of the two heads of 'heavenly showers was working' and the water pressure was extremely poor.

3. I've kind of given up on poor-overpriced breakfasts in city hotels, so I cannot comment on the F+B offerings but it seems the hotel restaurant has also had several lives.

4. Luggage assistance, one guy on (don't expect any of those valet services I'm used to in this class hotel) - he gave poor service, didn't get a tip, gave the heavily ironic 'thank you for allowing me to be of service to you' as he turned his back.

5. The good: The heavenly beds are really heavenlythe bad: poor service, room was a bit dirty, housekeeping arrived to clean the room at 8:30 am and woke us up.

6. Long lines at check-in (and only one person working the desk - early evening hour), no concierge in sight during our 4 day stay, rooms not cleaned until late afternoon, poor dining recommendations (front desk staff as no conceriege available) and we had to track down a waiter to seat us at the restaurant.
