1. Very close to the action, but not in the midst so the traffic isn't difficult.

2. Getting around Chicago is not difficult, we used public transport buses and the L train, all of which are easily accessible from around the Hotel.

3. The shower had 2 heads and both had weak pressure, Sink had a crack down the middle and the vanity was the lower height of the 80s making it difficult for a taller person to bend to the sink.

I tried to call the hotel to follow this up but found it very difficult and expensive to get through to the right person, I eventually left a message asking someone to call me back - which they did but only let the phone ring twice not giving me enough time to answer it, when I called back all I got was an answer machine.
