1. There was noise on the river one night that several people complained about (no fault of hotel) and the management handled it very well.

9. +tive:- Club level access is very good as you get breakfast in the morning and snacks from 5-7- Service was exceptional- noise level was minimal (except for one night when neighboring room got very loud)-tive:Valet service is one of the worst I have encountered and really detracted from the stay.
