We stayed for 2 nights, travelling w my 2 children (ages 6 and 12 yrs resp)PROS: We liked the location and ease of having a suite accomodation vs just a regular room; the amenities are plentiful and upgraded; nice GYM; friendly check-in at front desk, good service also sometimes REAL slow (dependg on the guest representative working there)CONS: Connecting doors allow not for a QUIET night/ sleep; the room is actually much smaller than pictured (same for the SMALL pool);lobby is on the 1 st floor and not very spaciousOverall, we had a great experience at a great TRAVELZOO price - however, would not want to spend the reg rates on the room; stayed in most other 4* in CHIC before (Sheraton,Interconti,Renaisssance,Wyndham) and expected this experience to be higher than it actually was.
