1. - complained to manager that the above happened within 6 hrs of checkin and that if it continued i would not stay my planned 7 days.

7. Housekeeping was forgotten on one day, and after calling and was told they would be 'right up', hadn't arrived an hour later, so went down to front desk to complain.

8. The only thing I have to complain is the shower that was over the bathtub and the drain was not fast enough then I had my feet soaked every time I had a shower.

10. When we went back to the desk, rather than complaining or being hostile, we simply asked if anything could be done in a cheerful way and a more experienced and higher ranking staff member bumped us up and offered us the coupons.
