1. There were no real issues with the hotel and the staff was very friendly and competent.

2. Only cons: Our room was street-facing and if we weren't New Yorkers and used to street noise, this may have been an issue.

3. Many places to stay in Chicago so I was quite dissappointed that these minor issues weren't prevented we could have gone to another hotel that was more prepared for our arrival.

5. We had several issues such as TV not working, room not cleaned from previous guests (that was shocking), no complimentary breakfast drink as promised, no extra pillows for pull out sofa bed.

7. I didn't believe he was the engineer because he looked so young, but he took care of my issue within few minutes and I was able to get to bed at a reasonable time in warmth.
