1. We did use the room service and found it to be prompt, have good food and it wasn't horribly expensive (not cheap though).

2. We are vegan, so he found several choices, and turned us on to Vermillion (not vegan exclusively) but had way good food, it's expensive but really good.

3. Yes it is pricey, but I called many hotels in this area, as we had business at the Wyndham (a couple of blocks away) and the Omni came out the least expensive for what we wanted, a king bed, and a little more room.

10. Try to find a deal that includes food vouchers and parking, they offer a great deal for those add-ons and it's like getting free parking, which is expensive in this city.
