1. Rooms are reasonably soundproof, but if you want to avoid the fire truck, ambulance or the street saxophonist that really likes Huron and Rush (our corner), get a room in the back.

2. The rooms facing Huron might be a bit louder (sirens, traffic), but are preferable for their views (I'd avoid the other side facing south, there is a new construction going up) Michigan Ave is just steps away, and the full Near North entertainment is all within walking distance.

4. The horrid coffee table was hard to avoid running into and had very sharp corners that did damage to both mine and my fiance's legs.

6. The omni has lost a little bit of his sparkle, the staff was pleasant, needs to update interior, beds are soft, avoid front of hotels rooms to much noise around weekends, not as stellar as years past but good location to shop.
