2. The only downside is that you have to transfer from the ground elevator to the 3rd floor (where the reception desk is located) to get to the guest rooms (a little inconvenient if you are carrying luggage or packages).

4. I would recommend this to any traveller staying in Chicago, the only downside was Ruths Steak house restaurant attached to the hotel, the service was poor and we asked for a non smoking table only to be sat right next to the smoking area, we didnt stay for the food.

5. On the downside, I think the Westin on Michigan Ave is a superior hotel compared with the Omni and it has a lower standard rate than the Omni.

7. comfy bed and, hurrah, plenty of storage in the bathroom - how often have you struggled to find somewhere to balance your washbag? on the downside, the fitness facilities aren`t up to much and the wi-fi coverage was patchy.
