1. A tough hotel to find by car though- much road construction in the area, and if your GPS sends you the wrong way, you'll end up in Brooklyn- or trying to manage your way through the maze of wall street.

2. Dont get me wrong, the location is superb and the view on the WTC construction site priceless, but it comes at a price that there is no way of thinking of having a good night sleep, specially if you get one of the front facing rooms.

3. The suite was dull/dated/depressing, bed hard, but good pillows, wrong layout of the suite, too hot could not sleep.

5. In spite of the fact I had made one of our reservations for the wrong night, Oscar found us two very nice adjoining rooms on the 22nd floor with a great view of the World Trade Center site and the Hudson River and gave us a very reasonable rate.

10. 30 pm on 12/08/11 and were given room 1802 a deluxe suite (no city view) - I explained that this was wrong but was told that rooms above level 1800 were 'in permanent residence'.
