2. I did not encounter anyone who was rude, from the front desk staff to security; I am not sure where those comments in other reviews are coming from as I certainly did not experience it.

7. I may have been unlucky but the maitre d at breakfast was surly and rude, the room still had not been serviced by 5pm (along with all the other rooms on the floor by the fact that they all had room service platters outside their doors).
