9. The only things I didn't particularly care for were the thermostat (didn't really get to the warmer temp I wanted and the blower was noisy) and the diificulty reaching the venue due to construction (obviously not their fault).

10. It can be noisy on the lower floors due to all of the construction in the area so try for a higher floor as the work starts early in the morning.
