9. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful but unfortunately, engineering / housekeeping was not able to source another lamp for me during my two day stay.

10. Despite getting a great deal at this property, I would NOT stay here again until the construction at Ground Zero is complete (which won't be for another few years, unfortunately).
