1. It was generally pretty empty when I used it and I didn't have any problem finding the equipment I needed.

6. I had been forewarned that the hotel was noisy due to the Ground Zero work being done across the street, but I did not have any problems whatsoever with noise.

9. We had some problems with the heat/AC unit so the temp was a bit hard to control, but it wasn't a huge issue.
