1. The rooms are just about ok, hallways clearly dated and restaurant is limited.

I have stayed at the Millenium Hilton in New York a couple of times over the past few years, and while to date it has always ranked as a forgettable but overall professional experience, it is only now that I feel compelled to highlight what have become major shortcomings in basic hospitality and service.

7. After the moving company had to postpone my move date due to an equipment failure two hours after I checked out of the hotel, I was stuck for the night with nowhere to stay.
