1. My only complaint is the public bathroom in the lobby, which I made the mistake of using.

4. My one complaint was that there were no ice bucket liners (no biggie) and the coffee maker didn't seem to work for me- I followed the directions and ended up with like a drop of coffee.

8. Everything was okay, no complaints except my usual (for hotels in this price range) regarding no free wi-fi, but nothing was special, not he rooms, not the food, not the staff that barely seemed to notice you unless you were standing in front of them.

9. The rooms are clean, bright and nice - our only complaint was it seemed a little on the cramped side (we were on the 51st floor and had a great view as well- with no street noise).
