Since I've left the hotel, I did fill out a survey for Best Western and mentioned this as a bad experience for me, I heard back from the Hotel manager and he apologized and said something was wrong with their system as typically this pump is cycled off at nights and should not have been running at all.

2. I warned my daughter not to expect much as thought it would be run down etc especially as we were also staying in a penthouse suite at the Bellagio in Vegas but was 100% wrong it was so roomy , very clean and not at all noisy.

6. I always think the key now is what do places do when things go wrong? Apologised and helped us move immediately to an equivalent room one floor up and came up later that evening to check everything was fine.
