1. The only downsides we could think of was that the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existant which made it virtually impossible to shower and the street noise at night.

5. The only downside of the fantastic location is that there's quite a bit of noise at night - but hey, you are in the middle of arguably the busiest city in the world, so that's the price you pay for a great location.
