1. It's a shame since everything else about the hotel is good, but the primary purpose for a hotel room is sleep, and this one failed miserably on that dimension.

2. well what a shame that you let yourself down we had a very large cockroach in the bathroom , and we also had to go out at 7 in the morning because our complimentary breakfast was not refilled , also the there was a missng towel rail in the bathroom , the room was not cleaned very well , and as goes for the building work going on in the new reception this was terrible being woken up at 8 in the morning by load drilling and banging was not my idea of fun .
